Return Policy
Since our inception, SiMX has prided itself on its quality products and services. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all software and services. Should you find that one of our products does not meet your needs within the first 30 days after purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and refund. At that time, you will be asked the reason for the return, which is important for our product development and marketing functions. To receive a refund, all software must be unregistered and then completely removed from your hard drive or other physical locations. Determination of proper unregistration and removal is determined at SiMX's sole discretion and as such, all refunds are at SiMX's sole discretion.

Any claim related to the purchase or sale of software or this policy shall be brought in a federal or state court in Trenton, New Jersey, within one year after the claim arises. You agree no such claim may be brought as a class action. Users of SiMX consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such court as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of disputes concerning this policy. SiMX is controlled, operated and administered entirely within the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please note the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. You hereby consent to this transfer.
